Tribunal decision on Hay Street shopfronts

On 7 October 2025 the City of Subiaco reported that the State Administrative Tribunal had affirmed its refusal of a demolition permit for the heritage buildings at 424–436 Hay Street. The City’s report explains the decision and the history of the site.
